The infiltration quest (steal the book) was bang on cos you could actually choose how difficult you wanted it to be. Along the way i found Miscarcand was challenging and most other missions exciting. I finished this for the first time at level 19 and found whilst Mankar was easy to defeat, the part later where you get Martin safely to the temple is quite difficult cos the enemies are substantial and the allies can be a bit of a liability.
what you really need is not a hard Oblivion, but an Elder Scrolls V, and no clue as to what makes you awesome in Bethesda Games.Ī good way to gauge the easiness of this game is through the main questline, cos that's the thread which the character follows from zero to hero. Should oblivion be easy if you have the BEST equipment and Skills + Enchantments to match? I mean, what would the point of getting it be if It didn't make you awesome? If you role play and dont care about when you level with what bonuses itll be harder! You could also wear your favorite looking armor and not deadric (I know deadric looks cool too, but imo it gets boring after a while)ītw you probably leveled always +5+5+5 than its no wonder your strong. You said you use about 78% shield all the time! That said If you're going to use 100% charmelion or 100% reflect damage then its your own fault if you think the game is easy. Once I figured out what I was doing it became much easier but I still wouldn't say too easy.
Not the first time I played it, then it was hard.
